È attivo anche per il 2026 il Fondo PMI “Ideas Powered for Business”!
L’iniziativa della Commissione Europea, attuata tramite l’Ufficio dell’Unione Europea per la Proprietà Intellettuale (EUIPO), è finalizzata a sostenere PMI e professionisti con partita IVA, con sede in Unione Europea, nella tutela dei diritti di proprietà industriale.
Il contributo a fondo perduto viene erogato sotto forma di voucher che coprono, inter alia,
- Il 75% delle tasse di registrazione per marchi nazionali o dell’Unione Europea
- Il 50% delle tasse di registrazione per marchi internazionali
Per l’edizione 2026, le domande di voucher possono essere presentate dal 2 febbraio 2026 al 4 dicembre 2026, fino ad esaurimento delle risorse disponibili.

“Ideas Powered for Business” SME Fund officially reopens in 2026!
The grant program, promoted by the European Commission and implemented through the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), is designed to help SMEs and self-employed professionals based in the European Union protect and strengthen their industrial property rights.
Grants are available for the application of new IP rights, covering a significant portion of costs, including:
• up to 75% reimbursement on national, regional and EU trademarks official fees
• up to 50% reimbursement on international trademarks official fees
For the 2026 edition, voucher applications may be submitted from 2 February 2026 to 4 December 2026, or until funds are exhausted.
